PSA’s Auto Carton Handling System allows for a cartoner machine to be continuously fed cartons freeing the operator from backbreaking labor. Built around a 6-axis ABB Robot with custom end of arm tooling, PSA’s Auto Carton Handling System can accommodate virtually any type of carton. As a turn-key integrator, we are able to take basic information about the carton, available floor space and the desired pass through rate, and create a system that works seamlessly with your existing manufacturing line.
Other robotic systems rely solely the manufacturer’s propriety programming language to govern their movements. These languages can be difficult to learn and can require expensive service visits even for simple modifications. Our Robotic Carton Handling System uses our RobotHelm technology that allows adjustments by customer’s on-site technicians reducing service costs and sickening unscheduled downtime.
